Ka'u Hospital Charitable Foundation is proud to offer assistance to Ka'u residents who suffered losses during the recent Hurricane Lala.

Reimbursements up to $500 per person are available while funds last.

Qualifications for reimbursement:

*Must be a full-time employee of Ka'u Hospital

*Must have suffered loss of personal property or home damage during Hurricane Lala

*Must provide receipt of items replaced or repairs made to dwelling

*Provide photos of lost items or home damage if available
